Welcome to Detail IQ. By using our website, courses, or consulting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services and Accounts

Detail IQ provides online education, including detailing business and marketing courses, as well as consulting services. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and use our services lawfully.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Course access is provided through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout until you cancel. Payments are processed through Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription using the available account or cancellation process. Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of your paid billing period unless stated otherwise.

3. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous payments or unused time.

4. Intellectual Property

All Detail IQ courses, videos, materials, branding, and other content belong to Detail IQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the materials for your personal learning only. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, record, or republish course content without written permission.

5. Educational Disclaimer

Detail IQ provides educational information, not a guarantee of business success, income, customers, or specific results. Your results depend on your own decisions, effort, experience, and market conditions. You are responsible for how you apply the information.

6. Consulting

Consulting services may have separate prices, terms, and deliverables. Any expected outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third parties, including Framer, Outseta, Stripe, and Cloudflare. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies, and Detail IQ is not responsible for their independent actions or outages.

8. Minors

Our services may be accessible to minors. Anyone under 18 should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase or providing personal information. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use. Additional legal requirements may apply to younger users.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

Our services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Detail IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or business results arising from use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
